5 year old Olive (rainbow basket) had been practicing for the bike bus and normally rides on pavements.

Campaigner and parent Mary King (far right, in high vis) led the group of excited children on their ride, as well as six candidates for local elections and supportive parents.

The first group of children peel off at Haberdasher Hatcham Primary school and the bus continues on to Kender Primary school.

After dropping some kids off at Kender - which is transforming its school street into a play street - the bus carries on to Besson Street.
